We are delighted to be able to offer Aural training sessions to further your child's musical development.
The Associated Boards of the Royal School of Music (ABRSM) examinations require some formal aural training.
From their website: https://gb.abrsm.org/en/our-exams/what-is-a-graded-music-exam/aural-tests/
Listening lies at the heart of all good music-making. Developing aural awareness is fundamental to musical training because having a ‘musical ear’ impacts on all aspects of musicianship.
Singing, both silently in the head and out loud, is one of the best ways to develop the ‘musical ear’.
Developing good aural skills is an important part of any music education and the ability to hear how music works helps students with all aspects of their music-making and learning.
Aural training sessions take place with our experienced music tutors and are tailor-made for the groups which sign up.
Price : £12.00 per 30 minute session
