Some pre-recorded video content does not yet include captions or audio descriptions. This may not meet WCAG 2.2 Success Criteria 1.2.2, 1.2.3 and 1.2.5.
Some older documents (PDF and Word files) are not fully structured for screen readers. This may not meet WCAG Success Criterion 4.1.2 (Name, Role, Value).
Where possible, we will provide accessible alternatives on request.
PDFs and other documents
Many older PDF or Word documents may not meet accessibility standards. The accessibility regulations do not require us to fix documents published before 23 September 2018 unless they are essential to providing our services.
All new documents published by Trafford Music Service will aim to meet accessibility standards.

We are reviewing our website content to:

Ensure consistent heading structures
Improve colour contrast where needed
Add captions or transcripts to new video content
