Trafford Rock & Pop Academy
Have you ever wanted to form a band in school or with friends and not been sure how to go about it? Have you ever watched your favourite band or singer on TV and wondered how you could learn to perform like them one day? Then come along to our Rock and Pop Academy! At Trafford Rock and Pop Academy we offer the opportunity for pupils to come together and develop performance skills on their chosen instrument within a band setting.
Wednesdays at The Claremont Centre.
Rock 1: 4.00pm – 4.45pm
Rock 2: 4.45pm – 5.30pm
Rock 3: 5.30pm – 6.15pm
Rock 4: 6.15pm – 7.00pm
Rock 1B: 6.20pm - 7.05pm
Suitable for Y3 to Y13. Minimum playing of 2 terms/6 months required. Not suitable for absolute beginners. Trial sessions available for free, all year around. Our Rock Academy leaders will group students into the above slots based on a number of factors such as age, instrument, and ability. Pupils will perform at Trafford Music Service events, during the academic year.
