Circle Songs

Play circle games and encourage the children to walk in a circle, with some awareness of others around them. However, always make sure that the children are confident with the song before attempting to walk in a circle! Some children will need a lot of help and guidance.

Circle games involve everybody as individuals and are also valuable for encouraging concentration and musical confidence, as well as fostering a sense of working as a team. They are fun whilst encouraging a disciplined and concentrated approach at the same time.
