Photographic and Video Permissions Policy

Below outlines how, with your consent, video or photographic material may be used by Trafford Music Service.

We sometimes take photographs/videos of pupils performing. We use these to help us to give people an idea of what music tuition is like at the music centre, for example in the newsletter, social media, on our website and in promotional materials which help us publicise our provision.

Your preferences are recorded with us when you open your student account. You can change these at any time by logging onto your student account and changing your preferences. When you agree to us to have photographic or video permissions we may use the images as follows:

1. Printed material including programmes, newsletters, flyers, leaflets and adverts (e.g. newspaper).

2. Online publicity including social media (Twitter, BlueSky, Instagram, Facebook), website and YouTube Music Service channel.

If you would like to change your preferences after initially registering with us, please notify us in writing via email music.service@trafford.gov.uk
