-

No need to remember monthly payment deadlines
Covered by the Direct Debit Guarantee
Securely managed through our payment provider, Stripe
Easy to set up through your SpeedAdmin account
-
Direct Debit payments are collected in advance of the activities and services being provided.
Payments collected during one month will normally relate to activities and services taking place in the following month.
For example:
Payment Collected Activities Covered
3 September October activities
3 October November activities
3 November December activitiesPayments will normally be collected on the 3rd of each month.
For newly created Direct Debit mandates, the first collection may be taken on a different date to allow for Direct Debit notification requirements.
If a collection date falls on a weekend or bank holiday, payment may be collected on the next working day.
-
Please note:
Any invoices issued before your Direct Debit is active must be paid separately.
Outstanding balances will not automatically be collected through a new Direct Debit mandate.
Direct Debit can only collect charges issued after your mandate has been successfully established.
You must ensure that sufficient funds are available in your account on the collection date.

Direct Debit is a payment method
Setting up a Direct Debit does not change the terms of your enrolment with Trafford Music Service.
All activities and instrument hire remain subject to our normal Terms and Conditions, including any applicable notice periods.
Cancelling a Direct Debit does not cancel enrolment in Trafford Music Service activities, nor does it count as notice to withdraw from provision.
To withdraw from Trafford Music Service activities, notice must be provided as stated in our Terms and Conditions. Fees due during any notice period remain payable even if the Direct Debit mandate has been cancelled.
Direct Debit Guarantee
All payments are protected by the Direct Debit Guarantee.
You may cancel a Direct Debit at any time by contacting your bank.
Further information about the Direct Debit Guarantee can be found at: https://www.directdebit.co.uk
Security
Bank details are processed securely through our payment provider, Stripe.
Trafford Music Service does not store your full bank account details on its own systems.

What happens if I don't set up a Direct Debit?
You can continue to make online card payments. However, Trafford Music Service intends to transition to Direct Debit as the sole payment method by December 2026.
I have an outstanding invoice. Will this be collected by Direct Debit?
No. Any invoices issued before your Direct Debit mandate is active must be paid separately.
When will my first Direct Debit be taken?
The first collection may be taken on a different date from future collections to comply with Direct Debit requirements. Once established, payments will normally be collected on the 3rd of each month.
What happens if a payment fails?
You will be asked to make payment by an alternative method and our normal payment procedures will apply.
Can I cancel my Direct Debit?
Yes. You can cancel your Direct Debit at any time through your bank. However, cancelling your Direct Debit does not cancel your enrolment or any fees that remain due under our Terms and Conditions.
